Our Returns Policy
Merchandise purchased through Wurzburg.com may only be returned with prior approval. An authorization number must be obtained by calling Customer Service at 1-800-492-0014. Please ship merchandise in accordance with the return instructions. All merchandise must be received by Wurzburg, Inc. within 30 days from the authorization date.

• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging along with the original packing list. The freight carrier and responsible party for the shipping costs will be determined when the authorization number is issued. Oversize or hazardous-material items will require specific carriers and instructions.
• Merchandise will not be accepted by Wurzburg, Inc. without the authorization number appearing on the return bill of lading.
• Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected and the appropriate credit will be issued. Please allow 15 working days from the date of receipt to complete this process. Any replacement shipments are to be considered a new transaction.

Shipping and Delivery Information
At Wurzburg.com the majority of our items are shipped via UPS. In most cases items will be shipped within 24 hours of submitting an online order.

Calculating Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Wurzburg.com depend upon the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
